Sparkling wines produced by the charmat method

The product portfolio of the Freixenet Group would not be complete without the presence of those produced according to the charmat method.

Unlike the traditional or champagne method in which the second fermentation of sparkling wines takes place in the bottle, in the charmat method this second fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats/tanks.

Dubois sparkling wines are characterised by their lightness and freshness, and are ideal for making cocktails.
