Freixenet Gran Cuvée Brut is a cava made from the varieties Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada. Displaying a bright and yellow-straw color, the nose registers its slight cava, much appreciated for its freshness. The predominance of the Parellada variety in the coupage and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 12ºC confers fine and intense aromas, predominantly fruity. In the mouth reveals a fine and persistent bubble, forming an excellent crown. It’s clean in flavors, light and with an elegant and wide retronasal route. Perfect with seafood, grilled fish, white meat or even as an aperitif.
