Vinha do Sobreiro Red 2016

A wine fermented in presses and aged in French oak barrels, with a bright red colour and reddish meniscus. It is fine, elegant, floral and fruity. The very discreet and well integrated wood contributes to its complexity and aromatic enrichment. Balanced and full of aromatic notes, reminiscent of ripe red fruit. It has a lively but balanced acidity, soft tannins and a very long and pleasant finish. Great with fatty fish and white and red meat dishes. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
