Bagos Riesling 2017

Created in 2023, the Bagos brand aims to produce single varietals and more experimental wines, recovering traditional techniques and grape varieties or focusing on differentiation from the vineyard to the glass. Straw-colored and lively, the nose is fine and elegant, with fresh notes of white-fleshed fruit and some floral notes, with a touch of petrol, very characteristic of the grape variety. The palate is very fresh and mineral, with fruit flavors such as pear and some pineapple, good acidity and excellent balance. To drink as an aperitif, on its own, or with cold starters, lean or grilled fish, seafood, Asian dishes and some cheeses.
