A Regional Alentejo wine, made from Aragonez, Cabernet Sauvignon, Alicante Bouschet and Touriga Nacional grape varieties with pre fermentative maceration at low temperatures and fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature. Aged for 8 to 10 months in used French oak barrels. Elegant, creamy and complex in the mouth. Intense garnet colour. It presents aromas of black fruit and jam with hints of spices. It accompanies intense cheeses, smoked ham and sausages, game meats and spicy meals.
