Sonhador White 2022

Produced in Portalegre to the north east of Alentejo, this wine aged 4 months in new French oak barrels and stainless steel. It has complex aromas of citrus fruit, lychees and toast. Rich and structured palate, creamy texture and a fresh acidity that gives balance and a long finish. Great complexity. Serve at 14ºC, with white meat dishes and fat fishes like Tuna or Salmon.
