Sonhador Rosé 2024

This wine was produced in Portalegre, in north-eastern Alentejo, where it aged for four months on fine lees. It has an attractive light salmon color. Refreshing and complex aromas of ripe berries, raspberry jam, and a touch of vanilla spice are present. The palate reveals a robust blend of ripe red fruits, with a full body and smooth texture, supported by a lively acidity that leads to a lasting, intense finish. Serve at 10°C with sushi, salads, or light meals.
