Três Bagos Sauvignon Blanc 2023

Três Bagos Sauvignon Blanc is a monovarietal that presents a vivid lemon citrus colour. The nose is exuberant, quite aromatic and fresh. It shows notes of tropical fruit, such as pineapple, contrasting with white-fleshed fruit, such as melon, complemented by slight vegetable nuances reminiscent of asparagus. With a fresh start, it is very fruity and balanced. It has a good acidity, supported by ripe fruit flavours, with some tropical notes, which characterise it and give it balance. Long and persistent finish. To be drunk as an aperitif, on its own or at the table with salads, fish dishes, seafood and sushi.
