Cadeado Private Selection Península de Setúbal Red 2021

A Setúbal Peninsula Regional Wine made from Syrah, Castelão and Aragonez grapes, fermented in vats and aged in French oak. Intense red colour with a purple centre. Perfumed with notes of violets, red fruit, ground pepper and chocolate, with hints of vanilla and toasted wood. Exotic flavours, oriental spices with an involvement of ripe red fruits. Very tasty finish with toasted vanilla notes. Ideal with red meats, roasted meat, codfish dishes and creamy cheeses.
