Regional Península de Setúbal red wine with intense ruby color, with black fruit and some vanilla aromas. It is a soft, rounded and balanced wine. Fermentation in concrete mills at na average temperature of 25ºC. Long maceration to extract maximum color pigments and tannins. Ageing during 4 months in American heavily toasted oak barrels.
