Três Bagos Sauvignon Blanc is, as its name implies, a monovarietal that presents an excellent bright citrus lemon color. In the nose, it’s fresh and very aromatic, with vegetable hints like asparagus, typical of this variety, as well as aromas of tropical fruit like pineapple and passion fruit. Very tasty and with good acidity, the fruit is quite present with hints of pineapple and litchis and even fresher fruit like pear, which gives a very pleasant finish. Very balanced, promises to evolve well.
