Malvasia Fina, Síria and Gouveio are the varieties that give rise to Lavradores de Feitoria White. With a lemon-straw color, the nose is very fresh and fruity, rich in hints of dried fruits such as pear, apricot and pineapple. In the mouth, the entry is fresh, fruity and elegant. With good acidity, shows a minerality supported by notes of apricot and ripe citrus fruits. Very tasty and with a long finish. To be drunk as an aperitif, on its own or at the table with salads, cold soups, lean fish, seafood, white meats and pasta with white sauce.
