Sonhador Rosé 2023

Produced in Portalegre to the north east of Alentejo, this wine aged 4 months on light lees. It has an attractive pale pink salmon colour. Refreshing and complex aromas, with ripe wild forest fruits, raspberry jelly and a touch of vanilla spice. The palate shows mature and intense red berry fruits with good body and texture. Vibrant acidity adding to a long and profound finish. Serve at 10ºC, with sushi, salads or light meals.
