Howard’s Folly Reserva White 2021

Produced in Portalegre, in the north-east of Alentejo, this wine was aged for 9 months in a mixture of French oak and stainless steel barrels. Complex aromas of lime and citrus fruit with hints of smoke and toasty oak. Silky palate with great elegance and texture, good depth of fruit with vibrant acidity adding to a long finish. Serve at 14ºC, with baked or boiled cod, octopus “à lagareiro”, meat stews and mushrooms.
