Setúbal Peninsula Regional white wine with citrine with greenish reflections aroma with tropical notes, seasoned with light vegetable, reminiscent of green asparagus. Fermentation in still tanks at an average temperature of 15ºC with selected yeasts. Has no aging, the wine is bottled and put into market at its youngest. Should be enjoyed in its youth at 10-12ºC. Excellent to accompany fish and seafood.
