Blackett Porto Ruby Reserve is made from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Amarela, and Tinto Cão, and aged in oak casks for 7 years. It exhibits a deep ruby color with complex aromas of black fruit, floral notes, and hints of chocolate. On the palate, it reveals firm tannins, balanced acidity, a full body, and a sweet, velvety finish. Perfectly pairs with game meats, creamy and intense cheeses, or red fruit-based desserts. Best served at a temperature between 8 and 12°C.
