Produced at Quinta dos Pesos in Caparide, the wine is matured in 700 litre casks on ullage to enhance the oxidation process. Beautiful topaz colour with complex volatile aromas of dried fruits, spices and nuts. The palate is elegant and intensely flavoured, with a long and persistent finish enhanced by lively acidity. Serve with matured cheeses, mix of dried fruits, “pastel de nata”, lemon and egg white based desserts.
