A Setúbal Peninsula Regional Wine made with the Syrah grape variety, fermented in small vats and batonnage in French oak barrels. Aged for 12 months in barrels. Crystal light red crimson. Great intensity, with notes of black and red fruit, combined with pepper and mocha. Great structure and complexity. Rich, powerful but very fine grained tannins. Lovely finale and enormous length. It pairs well with lamb chops, T-bone steak and dark chocolate.
